Michelle Rauss is a licensed Professional Counselor who joined Flagstaff Child and Family Counseling Center in 2012. She earned her Bachelors degree in Anthropology and Masters degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. Over the last ten years, she has worked with children, adolescents and families in various capacities in both community mental health settings and in private residential treatment. She uses an eclectic approach and tailors therapy to each individual's needs. Areas of expertise include practicing positive parenting, overcoming depression, coping with anxiety, developing and maintaining healthy relationships, practicing mindfulness, finding sobriety and learning positive ways to navigate life's challenges.
