Kristen is a licensed psychologist who has worked in a variety of settings, including a community mental health center, an employee assistance and wellness program, and a university counseling center. She received her doctoral degree from Pacific University in Oregon. As a general practitioner, Kristen enjoys working with people experiencing a wide range of concerns, including recovering from trauma, overcoming depression and anxiety, women's issues, workplace issues, couples counseling, self-concept issues and using strengths to improve overall wellness. She is also interested in presenting training or workshops for businesses and work groups.
